What we offer

At Soul DNA, we offer two unique and interconnected programmes - Dance and Sport Aerobics. Each programme is designed to support and enhance the other while developing well-rounded, confident and versatile performers.

Dance

Our Dance classes at Soul DNA are designed a little differently. Students experience a fusion of fundamental dance styles, including jazz, lyrical and contemporary, rather than being limited to just one. This allows our students to develop well-rounded technique, musicality and performance skills, while enjoying variety and versatility in every class.

We recognise that enrolling in multiple genres can quickly become expensive. The structure of our Dance programme allows students to experience a range of styles within one class, making quality training more accessible without compromising on learning.

Aerobics

Sport Aerobics is a unique fusion of dance and gymnastics, combining high-energy movement with strength and flexibility.  Athletes learn dynamic skills such as jumps, strength elements and floor work, all linked together in fast-paced, engaging routines.

 

Unlike traditional dance, Sport Aerobics places a strong focus on athleticism, fitness and power, while still incorporating performance and expression. It’s perfect for students who love to move, be challenged and build both strength and confidence.​

Our Aerobics programme is divided into two streams — Recreational and Competitive. 

​

Recreational classes are suited to those who want to enjoy Aerobics for fun, fitness, and skill development, while Competitive classes are designed to challenge and push students aiming to perform at a higher level and compete.
